Some Notes on Tulips

I, for one am extremely grateful for the opportunity that I have had to work with flowers over the last 25 years. Their infinite capacity to surprise me and to teach me about the nature of God on a daily basis is worth all the trials and tribulations.
As this year transforms itself from winter into spring, certainly one of the most wonderful flowers coming into season are the tulips. They stimulate our eyes and stir emotions much like they have done to human beings for thousands of years.
And it is most probable that tulips were one of the first flowers cultivated by man in the Garden of Eden
