Cecile Bruner - Perennial favorite developed by one of the pioneers in the development of modern roses, Joseph Pernet-Ducher. This petite light pink rose comes in an abundance of clustered blooms, each one of which is a perfectly formed fully double flower. It is urn shaped to start, but opens fully to the most perfect rosette. It has a mild fragrance, but in terms of design, it is very useful for providing a contrast in scale.
